Initial Screening & Application
- Complete the 5-Minute Screening Form.
- Our team contacts you for a brief discussion.
- If aligned, you are invited to submit the Formal Application and pay the one-time non-refundable application fee to begin verification.
Verification & Audit
- Our accredited auditor verify all submitted documents (SSM, licences, etc).
- An unannounced physical audit of your production facility is conducted.
- The application fee covers all audit costs — no hidden charges

Approval & Onboarding
- An independent committee reviews the audit report.
- Upon approval, you sign the agreement, pay the first annual fee, and receive your
- Official Malaysia Authentic Mark (artwork files & guideline)
- Malaysia Authentic Certified Plaque
- Digital Certificate of Authenticity
Certification & Renewal
- Launch your certified products and get listed in our directory.
- Maintain certification through annual renewal, including a compliance check.
- Annual fees are reviewed periodically; existing members are notified of any changes at least 60 days before renewal.
