Screening first. Application fee before audit.
Annual onboarding after independent approval.

Start with a conversation.
Tell us about your company, brand and products. Our team reviews the initial information and discusses whether the certification process fits your business.
Put your business on record.
After screening, submit your formal application and supporting information. The one-time, non-refundable application fee is payable before verification and audit begin.
Evidence comes before approval.
Documents and relevant licences are checked, followed by an unannounced physical audit of the production facility. The application fee covers the audit work defined in your application offer.
A decision made independently.
An independent committee reviews the audit report. If approved, complete the agreement and first annual fee before the authorised mark artwork, plaque and digital certificate are issued.
Keep your record current.
Use the mark within your approved scope and take your place in the public register. Annual renewal includes a compliance check; changes to your products or business need review.

No. Verification and facility audit precede an independent committee decision. Payment funds the defined assessment work; it does not purchase approval.
The one-time, non-refundable application fee is payable before verification and audit. After approval, the agreement and first annual package fee complete onboarding before the mark, plaque and certificate are issued.
Search by certificate number, company, brand or product in the public register. Match the covered scope and read the current status and dates; a copied certificate image may be out of date.
Suspension is a temporary pause of certification; revocation withdraws it. Read the current register and the decision communicated to the participant. Neither status should be presented as active permission.
