A clearer signal for genuine brands.
Malaysia Authentic gives Malaysian brands a platform to make their roots visible and their story easier to discover. Recognition brings the people, production and identity behind a brand into view.
Paid certification is the assessment route behind the Trust Mark. Documentary verification, a facility audit and independent review support recognition tied to a defined scope and a current public record.
What the Trust Mark represents.
The mark represents certification of the business and product scope approved through the programme. A brand-only record does not certify every product; a product or combined record covers its named product list.
It does not replace government permits, Halal or organic certification, medical clearance or other statutory product requirements. It is not an absolute product-safety guarantee.

A mark, a plaque and a digital record.
Approved brands receive authorised mark artwork, a recognition plaque, a digital certificate and a public record after onboarding. These make recognition visible in physical spaces and online, within the approved scope and term.
Certified+ adds agreed traceability and product-story features, helping people discover the background of approved products. Recognition does not promise sales, retailer acceptance or export clearance. Illustrative plaques do not certify their sample recipients.
Check the record behind the mark.
Match the company or brand, certificate number, named products, issue and expiry dates, and current status. The register shows active, expired, suspended and revoked records; an image of a certificate should be checked against it.
If a record is missing or does not match a product, ask the team to clarify or report the discrepancy with evidence. A missing search result or a submitted report alone does not establish wrongdoing.
