Website Terms of Use

The terms behind the service.

The website terms for Malaysia Authentic, operated by Hax Holdings Sdn. Bhd. Read them with the privacy notice and your applicable certification agreement.

Operator and website use.

This website is operated by Hax Holdings Sdn. Bhd., company number 201901005291 (1314618-W). It provides programme information, applications, public certification records and editorial material.

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information. An applicant must be authorised to act for the business and submit the company and product information provided.

Application and certification are separate.

Screening and a formal submission do not grant certification. The application fee is payable before verification and audit and is non-refundable. Approval depends on the programme’s assessment and independent decision.

The scope-specific written offer and certification agreement set out package charges, product coverage, mark permissions, term, renewal, cancellation and other participation conditions. These website terms do not replace that agreement.

A private certification programme.

The mark represents the programme’s assessment within its approved scope. It does not replace government permits, statutory product requirements, Halal or other specialist approvals, and is not an absolute guarantee of product safety, availability or commercial results.

Public records should be read with their scope, dates and current status. Information may be corrected or updated; if you identify a discrepancy, contact the team or use the reporting route.

Intellectual property and brand materials.

The Malaysia Authentic identity, mark, website text and designs remain the property of their respective owners. Receiving a certificate does not transfer ownership of the mark; its use is governed by the permission granted.

Applicants retain ownership of their submitted brand materials. Publication and promotional use are subject to the applicable permissions and certification agreement; private assessment documents are not automatically published in the register.

Use the website responsibly.

Do not submit forged records, misrepresent certification, use the mark without permission, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or collect directory data through automated extraction without the operator’s written consent.

Access or participation may be restricted for misuse. Programme decisions and mark status follow the applicable certification rules and agreement.

Information and contact.

The privacy notice explains the information collected through applications, inquiries and the register, its use and the contact route for access or correction requests.
