Information we collect
Depending on the route you use, this can include your name, email address, phone number, company and brand details, registration number, website, requested certification scope, products, message, application declaration and policy version, reports of mark misuse, and answers to an administrator-published form. Assessment records can also include audit evidence, invoices, payment confirmation and agreement details. Administrator accounts also provide an email address and an account identifier.

- To answer contact messages and certification enquiries.
- To screen applicants, verify information, administer paid assessments and audit decisions, and maintain certification records.
- To operate administrator-defined forms and review their responses.
- To protect submissions from abuse, including rate-limit and Turnstile checks.
- To keep the public verification register accurate.

What is public
A published verification record may show a certificate number, company and brand identity, company registration number, public business contact details, websites, logos, certification scope, covered products, issue date, expiry date, effective status, and an official certificate PDF. Payment references, audit reports, committee notes, agreements, registered addresses, application messages, form responses, internal notes, and administrator data are not returned by public verification pages.

Retention and your choices
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was submitted for, legal obligations, security, and the integrity of certification records. Assessment and payment evidence are retained privately for administering the application, certification term, renewals, disputes and required recordkeeping.
