A paid assessment and an approval are different events. Before applying, understand which work each fee supports and what evidence the review needs.

Start with screening

Introduce your company, brand, production arrangements and requested scope. Ask about category or manufacturer arrangements before committing to a formal application.

Prepare an accurate submission

Have the company registration, authorised contact, brand and category details ready. For a product or combined scope, list the exact products you want reviewed. Keep the reference returned by the formal form.

The first form records initial information. The team explains how to provide further documents and assessment evidence; submission alone does not start an audit or confirm payment.

Application fee before verification

The one-time, non-refundable fee funds the document verification and physical audit work defined in the written offer. It is paid before that assessment begins, regardless of the eventual outcome.

Independent decision and onboarding

An independent committee reviews the audit report. If approved, complete the agreement and first annual package fee before authorised artwork, the plaque, digital certificate and public record are issued.

Keep mark use within the approved scope and term, and notify the programme of relevant changes. Annual renewal includes a compliance check.

Use the application guide, read the fee structure, and start screening.
